Flat commission for any qualified referral that results in a signed purchase agreement and completed closing. No minimum volume required.
Partners who send 3+ referrals per quarter qualify for percentage-based commissions. On a $120K home, that's $3,600–$6,000 per sale.
RV parks, senior communities, and organizations with ongoing client flow get customized agreements — including co-marketing support and priority service slots.
